Light Chocolate Cupcakes
Shall we bake something sweet? These particular cupcakes are quite simple to make and delicious. They have a creamy texture and are full of a rich chocolate flavor. They are a great
choice to finish any Sunday dinner.
ounces of unsweetened chocolate
tablespoons of unsalted butter
cup of sugar
large egg whites
tablespoons of all-purpose flour
All ingredients must
be at room temperature.
standard muffin pan with twelve paper liners and preheat the oven to 350oF.
In a large heatproof bowl
combine butter and chocolate. Place it over just-simmering water and
heat until melted. Make sure the bowl is not touching the boiling
water. Stir until smooth and completely melted.
Carefully remove the bowl from the heat and let stand
for 5 minutes. Using a whisker, stir in eggs, sugar and flour until well
